Update Multiple It's Your Card Gift Card Balances Simultaneously in Lighthouse Transaction Manager

First, create a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file of the card numbers and your new associated balances and import them. Once the file is ready, log in to Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) and import the file. 

1. Go to It's Your Card (IYC) > Issuance.
   
   
2. Click Issue Prepaid Gift Cards.
   
   
3. Click Choose File next to Import CSV and select the file you wish to import.
   
4. Click Submit.
   
   
5. A confirmation window will load with the details of the cards in the batch listed at the bottom. Click Issue Cards.
6. A confirmation window will display; however, it will say "0 cards issued at various values..."
7. Now that the gift cards have been updated, go to the It's Your Card menu and select Balance/Status Inquiry.
8. Search for one of the cards imported and confirm the balance has been updated.
