What is causing this Issue?
The touch screen is only allowing Time Clock functions and not taking orders.
How do I resolve this Issue?
- On the POS driver, select the SPCWIN status screen and press Esc on your keyboard.
- This will bring the system down quickly and bring it back up to normal operation. This allows for placing orders and performing time clock operations.
Internal:
Optionally, removing the file Timeclk.$$$ from the SC directory on the POS driver and performing an immediate system change will also bring the system up in regular operation and out of Time Clock Only mode.
