Configure the SkyTab POS Kitchen Printer

Note: If you haven’t yet connected your kitchen printer, set up and connect it first before configuring it in the POS system.

To configure the SkyTab POS Kitchen Printer:

1. Log in to the POS.
2. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Hardware > Printers/KDS.
3. Tap the Add New Device button at the bottom left of the screen.
   
4. Configure the printer as follows:
   
   • Enter the printer name.
   • Select the printer model using the dropdown arrow and tap Ok.
   • Select what the device will be used for using the dropdown arrow. Select Printing Tickets and tap Ok.
     
   • Enter the IP Address.
   • Assign the correct station to the printer and tap Ok. The station number is found at the top right corner of the SkyTab POS, next to the business date.
     
5. Tap Save.
6. Tap the Test Print button on the bottom right of the screen to ensure the system recognizes the IP address and properly configures the printer with the SkyTab POS system.
7. Select Save to commit the configuration.
