Note: If you haven’t yet connected your caller ID hardware, connect it first before configuring it on the Workstation.

Configure Caller ID

1. On the Workstation, select Manager > Settings > Hardware > Caller ID.
2. Slide the toggle to Enable Caller ID.
   
3. Set the following information:
   • Call List Display Period: How long the calls will display in the call list
   • Notification Display Period: How long the notifications for incoming calls will display
   • Default Order Type: The order type that is assigned to the incoming calls
4. Select Save.
