Item Names Truncate When Text Size Is Set to Small in SkyTab KDS Settings

What is causing this Issue?

When the text size is set to Small in the Kitchen Display System (KDS) settings, item names may be truncated in KDS version 1.32 on PAX and FEC devices. For example, CHORIZO QUESADILLA displays only as CHORIZO.

How do I resolve this Issue?

• Change the text size to Default (or larger).
• Add a shorter Kitchen Display Name for the item.

A permanent fix is in development. The release date has not been confirmed yet.
