Prevent Receipt Prints in SkyTab POS

Ticket Settings Configuration

To prevent receipt prints from printing (itemized receipts, merchant, and customer transaction receipts) in SkyTab POS, proceed with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Tickets.
2. From the Printing Options drop-down, select Do not print and confirm the configuration by pressing the blue OK button.
   
3. Press the blue Save button at the bottom right corner of the screen to confirm the changes.

Tender Type Configuration

Receipt prints also depend on the tender type configuration. To prevent receipt prints based on the selected tender type, proceed with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Payments.
2. Select the desired tender type from the left-side menu (Credit or Gift Card).
3. On the Payment Slip Threshold setting, enter $0.00.
4. On the When Above Threshold setting, select No Payment Slips.
5. Press the blue Save button at the bottom right corner of the screen to confirm the changes.
