Online Ordering Coupons Functionality

Coupons feature works as a discount alternative for Online Ordering or QR Pay Marketplace integrations. This feature works exclusively with Online Ordering or QR Pay integrations. Other Online Ordering integrations, like DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, TakeOut7, Menufy, FOLOS, and Waitbusters, do not have this feature available.

Coupon Configuration

To create a coupon for Online Ordering:

1. Navigate to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) >  Marketplace > Online Ordering > Coupons.
2. Select the blue Add Coupon button in the top right corner of the screen.
   
3. Enter coupon name, the coupon code, and discount amount in the required fields.
4. Select the Order Types that should have this coupon available.
5. Select the blue Add button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
   
6. Navigate to the Online Ordering or QR Pay website, create a test online order, enter the coupon, and press the blue Apply Coupon button.
