Void Payment Slip Settings

Void payment slips serve as a paper record when a payment is voided. To manage when these slips print:

1. Log in to SkyTab POS and navigate to Manager > Settings > Hardware > Printers/KDS.
2. Select your receipt printer.
3. Tap the Advanced tab and locate "Void Payment Slip."
4. Choose one of the following options from the dropdown:
   
   • Do Not Print: No slip is generated.
   • Print Automatically: A slip prints every time a payment is voided.
   • Prompt to Print: The POS asks whether to print the slip each time.
5. Tap Ok, then Save to apply changes.
   

Tips:

• For high-volume environments, "Print Automatically" ensures no voids are missed.
• "Prompt to Print" is useful if a printed record is needed only occasionally.
• Confirm your choice aligns with your business’s record-keeping requirements.
