Connect Uber Eats

1. From the Menu page, select the + (plus sign) to the right of the logos.
   
2. Select Uber Eats.
   
3. Select Connect DSP.
   Important: If you currently have an existing Uber Eats integration through another POS system or order aggregator, you must uninstall or disconnect that integration before connecting Shift4 Delivery. Failure to do so may cause orders to fail. If you do not have an existing integration, proceed to Step 6.
4. Confirm that your previous Uber Eats integration has been fully removed before continuing with the Shift4 Delivery connection process.
5. Log in to your Uber Eats account.
6. Allow any requested permissions and select Continue.
7. Use the "Select a location" dropdown to view your Uber Eats locations.
8. Select the location you want to connect.
9. Select Continue. Your Uber Eats account is now successfully connected.
10. Select Publish All to publish your menu to Uber Eats.

Note: Delays in menu publishing may occur if your dashboard contains multiple inactive or unnecessary menus. Consider deleting inactive menus.
