Description: Learn how to connect DoorDash to Shift4 Delivery and publish your menu.
Connect DoorDash
Caution: If your menu contains alcohol items, make sure they are tagged before connecting.
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager and select Delivery.
- From the Menu page, select the + (plus sign) to the right of the logos.
- Select DoorDash.
- Select Sign In.
- Sign in to your DoorDash account.
- Use the "Select a location" to bind your DoorDash location to your Shift4 location.
- Select the store you want to integrate, then select Continue.
DoorDash has now been successfully connected!
Note: This connection may take 5–10 minutes to complete. You may leave the page while it processes.
Once connected, you will see a green border and checkmark around the DoorDash logo.
Note: If the logo appears orange, wait 5–10 minutes and refresh the page.
Potential Errors When Connecting
No DoorDash Locations Found
If you see this error, visit the How to Sign Up for DoorDash article, or select Connect New Account to create a new DoorDash account.
User Permission Error
If you see a user permissions message, sign out of your DoorDash Merchant Portal in a separate browser tab and then retry the connection. This error means you attempted to sign in with a DoorDash account that does not have admin-level permissions.
