Description: Learn to locate the Monthly Statement section in Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.

Merchant statements are now available in multiple languages. Translations are determined by the merchant’s DBA country and are currently offered in German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. These translated statements can be accessed through the Partner Portal and the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
The English version remains available in Titan for Support use. At this time, neither merchants nor agents have the ability to select or modify the statement language.
Log in to Shift4 Dine Customer Hub
- Navigate to Titan > Web > Shift4 Dine Customer Hub. Input your login information in the User field and select the associated Login button.
- Navigate to the Customer Hub, enter your login information, and press the Sign In button.
Navigate to Location Overview
- Log in to the Customer Hub and navigate to Location > Overview.
- On Location Overview, select the Monthly Statement section by pressing on the date dropdown. This will open the calendar, allowing you to select the month.
Note: There are no monthly statements for the month if it is grayed out in the calendar. -
To complete, press View Statement.
