Shift4 Loyalty functionality varies by SkyTab platform and feature availability. This article outlines current limitations, including unsupported devices, SkyTab Online capabilities, and supported reward types.

Shift4 Loyalty Platform Limitations

The following limitations apply to Shift4 Loyalty on SkyTab POS. Additional device support and features are planned for future releases.

Unsupported Devices

Shift4 Loyalty is not currently supported on the following SkyTab devices:

• SkyTab Air
• SkyTab Glass
• SkyTab Kiosk
• SkyTab Mobile
• SkyTab SOLO

Support for these devices is coming soon!

SkyTab Online (STO) Limitations

STO currently supports partial loyalty functionality:

• Customers can accrue points on online orders
• Rewards can only be applied in-store at this time

Online reward redemption is coming soon!

Reward Type Limitations

Currently Supported:

• Ticket-level rewards: Discounts applied to the entire order (e.g., $5 off, 10% off total).

Coming Soon:

• Product-level rewards: Discounts on specific items or product groups.
