Offline Mode

SkyTab Spain is designed to continue operating if the internet connection is unavailable.

• Transactions can still be processed, and tickets can be closed while offline.
• Invoices generated while offline are stored locally on the device.
• When the device reconnects to the internet, all stored invoices are automatically uploaded to the tax authority.

Status Monitor

You can check the health of the fiscal connection using the Status Monitor, which is accessible from the Status Bar or Settings.

The Status Monitor includes a Tax Authority Status indicator that reflects the current state of fiscal communication.

Tax Authority Status Indicators

Green (OK)

• The system is online.
• All invoices have been sent to the tax authority.

Yellow (Queued)

• Some invoices are stored locally due to an offline connection.
• Stored invoices will be sent automatically when the internet connection is restored.
• No action is required.

Red (Error)

• An invoice was rejected or requires correction.
• Contact Support immediately.
