Description: Learn how to resend a digital receipt for a completed ticket on SkyTab POS.
Note: This feature is currently available only for Pilot users.
To send a digital receipt:
Note: The Access Completed Tickets job setting is required to view completed tickets.
- Log in to SkyTab POS.
- Navigate to Order > Completed.
- Select the ticket you want to send.
- Select Share.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Text Receipt - enter customer's phone number
- Email Receipt - enter the customer's email address
- Select Submit.
