Can I create a custom URL that includes my business name?

Customers can pay using credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), and supported local payment methods.
What happens if a payment is declined?
If a payment is declined, the customer will receive an error message indicating that the payment was unsuccessful.
Can I resend a Payment Link?
Yes. When creating a Payment Link, you can enable the “Allow Multiple Payments” option and specify the maximum number of uses allowed for the link. This allows you to resend the same link or share it with multiple recipients.
Do Payment Links expire?
Yes. You can configure a custom expiration date and time when creating a Payment Link. If no expiration is set, the link will remain active until it is manually deactivated or the maximum payment limit has been reached.
Can I embed a Payment Link on my website?
Yes. Once generated, a Payment Link can be embedded on your website as a clickable button, hyperlinked text, or image to provide customers with a seamless checkout experience.
Can I create QR codes from my Payment Links?
Yes. You can generate a QR code for any Payment Link by appending “/qr” to the end of the URL (for example: https://pay.shift4.com/.../qr). Accessing this URL will automatically download the QR code, which can then be printed or embedded on your website for physical or digital payment acceptance.
