Description: Learn how to schedule, view, edit, and manage Future Orders from a Workstation, including collecting additional payment, sending an order to the kitchen early, and canceling, voiding, or refunding an order.
Note: This feature is currently available only for Pilot users using Multi-Location Management (Customer Hub). Support for single-location merchants is planned for a future release.
Before You Begin
Before using Future Orders on a Workstation, verify that:
- Future Orders have been configured for your location.
