Create a Schedule for SkyTab Menu Manager

Description: SkyTab Menu Manager requires an active schedule for the store to function properly. Stores can have as many schedules as they wish, each with different items available, but must have at least one active schedule to be visible online.

Note: The scheduling system now supports late-night schedules, allowing stores to extend operating hours past midnight into the following day. This feature ensures greater flexibility in accommodating customers' late-night demands. Currently supported by SkyTab Online - other online ordering integrations are coming soon.

Creating a Schedule in Menu Manager

1. Begin by logging in to Lighthouse.
2. Select Marketplace from the left navigation menu.
   
   
3. Select Menu Manager.
   
4. Select Schedules > "+" (plus sign) to create a new schedule.
   

5. Slide the toggle to enable Available Online in the top right corner.
   
   

6. Enter the Name of the schedule.

7. Use the checkboxes to select the days your items are available online. When a day is selected, set the times your item is available in the From and To pull-downs.
   Note: Time settings of one day copy over to the next selected weekday.

   1. For late-night schedules, you can extend the closing hours beyond midnight. Select the opening and closing hours accordingly, such as from 12 pm to 2 am.

   2. Ensure that the hours between days do not overlap. If the closing time for Monday is 4 am on Tuesday, then Tuesday's opening hours must be at or later than 4 am.
      Note: The time settings of one day will not automatically carry over to the next selected weekday if the closing time extends into the next day.

8. If desired, place a check in the checkbox for Automatically add new items to the schedule to make sure any new items that are added to the menu are automatically included in the schedule.
   

9. Select +Manage items to add items to the schedule.

10. Use the checkboxes next to items (or the All Items checkbox at the top) to select items for the menu.
11. Select Save when complete.
12. When you are satisfied with your schedule, select the Add button to finish creating your schedule.
    

Note on Compatibility

Currently, STO is the only Online Ordering system that supports late-night schedules.

Other integrations might interpret your schedule as ending at midnight.
