Set Auto Logout Behavior on Tickets for Shift4 Dine

Description: Learn how to change the default "disregard any pending changes for auto-logged out employees. Users can change the behavior back to sending the pending changes on auto logout using a setting under Manager > Settings > Tickets.

Setting Unsaved Ticket Behavior on Auto Logout

1. On the Workstation, navigate to Manager > Settings > Tickets.

2. Select the drop-down Send Ticket on Auto Logout and select the desired behavior from the dialog. 
   

3. Select OK when you are finished.
