What is causing this Issue?
This dialog is triggered when a manager attempts to adjust or delete a shift for an employee and one of the following is true:

There is a ticket associated with the employee which was closed and now falls outside the bounds of the shift. For example, the employee closed a ticket at 4:02 p.m. and the manager adjusts the shift end time to 4 p.m.

There is a ticket or tickets associated with the employee when the manager attempts to delete the employee's shift.
How do I resolve this Issue?
If you choose to tap "Continue" on the warning dialog, you will likely remove a tip associated with the ticket from the employee. You will no longer be able to see who the tip belonged to, especially if multiple warnings were ignored for multiple employees. You may also create erroneous Labor Reports, as your employee will no longer be credited for certain sales.
You should tap Cancel and not make the adjustment or deletion of the shift.
