Description: When an employee attempts to clock out at the POS terminal, the Clock Out button is disabled, leaving only the Change Job button available. There are no Open Tickets, Pending Tips, or Open Drawers.
This is normal behavior when the Track Jobs toggled is disabled in Manager > Settings > Users > Employees. Select the employee and go to the Details tab.
This feature is typically disabled if you are using your own labor software or for non-hourly employees. If you need to Track Labor, slide the toggle to enable it and tap Save.
