What is causing this Dialog?
On SkyTab POS, a dialog box stating "SkyTab POS. Allow the app SkyTab POS to access the USB device?" is most commonly seen after clearing data, updating the software, or performing a clean software install.
How do I resolve this Dialog?
In all cases, check the box next to Use by default for this USB device and then press OK.
Important: With new Onyx A8 Terminals there is currently a known issue that "Sky Tab POS. Allow the app SkyTab POS to access the USB device?" message appears after each reboot of the POS. This is currently addressed with development and will be patched in future updates.
