What is causing this issue?
This issue occurs when an employee’s job settings prevent proper access to the main/order screen. Specifically:
- The job may be set to Time Clock Mode, which restricts navigation.
- The “Allow Grid View” setting may not be allowed..
How do I resolve this Issue?
- Navigate to the Manager > Settings > Users > Jobs.
- Select the job that is assigned to the affected employee.
- Ensure the Login setting is NOT set as "Time Clock Mode."
- Verify the “Allow Grid View” job setting is allowed.
- Press Save to apply changes.
- Press Save again to save the updated job settings.
