Networking Port Check
Contact ISP or POS Support to check if proper ports on the network are white-listed.
Check if the proper ports on the network are white-listed for SkyTab:
- For the devices: lighthouse-api.harbortouch.com 443
- For Mozart: mq.mozart.shift4payments.com 5672
General Menu and Check Questions
How do I remove an uncommitted item from the check?
Swipe left on the item from the order pad and tap on the trash can icon.
How do I remove a committed item from the check?
Removing committed items is not supported.
Some items aren't showing up on the menu.
Items that need to be weighed are not displayed on the menu.
How is the default section determined on SkyTab?
The SkyTab application only displays sections and tables in the ordered list it receives from the POS and Lighthouse (LH).
How are tables, departments/categories, items, or modifier sets/choice sets sorted?
- Tables are sorted alphabetically.
- Departments/Categories are sorted in the order received from LH.
- Items are sorted in the order received from LH.
- Modifier sets / Choice sets are sorted in the order received from LH.
Harbortouch Hospitality Specific
The "+" button to create a new check isn't showing up on SkyTab after updating all software to the proper versions.
- Make sure Hospitality and LH completed syncing. Resync if necessary.
- Make sure the database backup was completed.
- Make sure the “Enable Order at the Table Feature” setting is enabled in Lighthouse.
- Restart the SkyTab application.
The POS's menu isn't showing up on the Order Pad.
- Make sure Hospitality and LH completed syncing.
- Internal: Resync from Titan if necessary.
- Disable "coursing."
- Make sure there aren't any circular dependencies on choice sets (choice Set "A" assigned to a choice set "B" that is already assigned to choice set "A").

Shift4 SkyTab Specific
The "+" button to create a new check isn't showing up on SkyTab after updating all software to the proper versions.
- Make sure all terminals on the location are updated to the proper version of SkyTab.
- Make sure all terminals have finished syncing.
- Make sure the “Enable Order at the Table Feature” setting is enabled in LH.
- Restart the SkyTab application.
The POS's menu isn't showing up on the Order Pad.
Make sure there aren't any circular dependencies on modifier sets (modifier set "A" assigned to a modifier set "B" that is already assigned to modifier set "A").
If the menu still isn't showing up after trying the steps above, submit a Jira form on the Get Integrations Help portal.
Duplicate modifiers are showing on SkyTab, and adding one of these modifiers to an item results in two of these modifiers being added to the item at the POS.
The location’s menu has duplicate modifier GUIDs. Submit a Jira form on the Get Integrations Help portal with the location’s MID and a list of the duplicated modifiers to correct this.
