Inactivate a Job on SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to inactivate a job on SkyTab POS. Jobs cannot be deleted once created; they can only be inactivated to prevent employees from being assigned to them.

Important: Ensure there are no employees currently assigned to the job before inactivating it, as it would create reporting discrepancies and potential errors on the POS.

Note: You will require manager permissions to complete this process.

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Users > Jobs.
   
2. Select the job from the list on the left side of the screen you wish to make inactive.
3. Slide the Active toggle at the top of the screen to disable it.
   
4. Tap Save to make the job inactive.
