Description: Learn how to easily notify the kitchen with allergen and table-specific information to prevent the need to inform the kitchen manually while minimizing errors and ensuring accuracy.
To add a special request:
- Start a new order and add menu items.
- Tap Add Ticket Special Request to enter allergy or table-specific requests to inform the kitchen.
- The special request is sent to the kitchen with each kitchen slip/KDS ticket.
- The special request is sent to the kitchen with each kitchen slip/KDS ticket.
- In the Special Request popup, enter the information using the keyboard and tap Ok.
Note: The limit for the Special Request field is 33 characters.
- The special request information is displayed on the ticket and will be printed in the kitchen slip header on each kitchen slip / KDS ticket.
