Add a Ticket Name
- From the Order Entry screen, you can add a name to a ticket by using the "Ticket Name" button at the top of the Ticket Details pane.
- Select Ticket Name.
- Enter a name for your ticket in the field that appears, then select Save.
Require Ticket Name by Order Type
To make a ticket name required by order type, proceed with the following steps:
- Navigate to the Manager > Settings > Orders.
- Select the desired order type from the left-side menu by selecting it.
- Toggle ON the Allow Custom Ticket Names setting.
- Checkmark: Require Ticket Name.
- Select Save.
- After completing this configuration, the POS Terminal will prompt for the name to be entered when the ticket is sent.
