Redeem a Loyalty Reward on SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to redeem a loyalty reward on Skytab POS.

Note: In order to redeem Loyalty points on SkyTab POS, you must add a loyalty member to the ticket. This procedure assumes that the requirement has been met.

To redeem a reward:

1. Open the ticket with your loyalty customer already added by double-tapping the ticket or selecting it and then pressing the Open Ticket button.
   
2. With the ticket open, tap on the Loyalty button in the lower right part of the screen.
   
3. On the Loyalty Summary screen, you can see a list of available rewards for redemption. Tap on the reward, then press OK to add it to the ticket.
   
   Note: Only one Loyalty Reward may be redeemed per ticket.
   
   

4. Once the Loyalty Reward has been added to the ticket, you canl see it listed on your screen. 
   
   Settle the ticket as you normally would from this point. The loyalty discount will be applied and reflected in the ticket total.
