Print an Open Ticket
Your ticket is printed after you select the Send button when entering an order.
However, if you need to print the ticket again, you can do so from an open ticket. With the ticket open, select the Print button at the bottom. The ticket will be printed to the station's assigned printer.
Reprint a Completed Ticket
Note: The Access Completed Tickets job setting is required to view completed tickets.
To reprint the completed ticket:
- Navigate to the Order > Completed section
- Select the ticket you want to reprint.
- Select the gray Print button at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Note: The Reprint Credit Slips employee permission is required to reprint merchant or customer payment slips. - If the transaction was processed with a card, the POS system will prompt three receipt options to print:
- Itemized receipt
- Merchant payment slip
- Customer payment slip
- Select the desired option.
