Enable Loyalty on Customer-Facing Display

Description: Learn how to enable loyalty on your SkyTab POS to show up on the Customer-Facing Display (CFD). If you use Loyalty, your Customer Display can prompt customers to Sign In / Sign Up for Loyalty.

If your business uses a Loyalty program, your customers can enter their phone number to sign in, view and earn more rewards while checking out.

Notes: 

• You will need manager permissions on your POS to complete this task.
• Loyalty setup must first be completed in Lighthouse Business Manager.

Once Loyalty setup is completed in Lighthouse Business Manager:

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Business > Loyalty.
2. Toggle "Enable Loyalty On Customer Display" to ON.
   
   
3. Tap Save.

Track Loyalty Points on CFD

The SkyTab CFD (PAX A3700) allows the customer to track loyalty points when processing the payments in SkyTab POS software. The customer enters their phone number and selects the white checkmark button to see the Loyalty points that were granted to them.

Loyalty points granted to the customer will appear on the CFD, as shown in the screenshot below.

Applying Loyalty Rewards on CFD 

The SkyTab Customer Facing Display (PAX A3700) device is not capable of applying loyalty discounts at the moment. The only way to apply a loyalty discount is by using the SkyTab POS Terminal, SkyTab Glass (PAX M8), or SkyTab Mobile (A800 or A930) devices.
