Description: Learn how to enable loyalty on the Workstation for Shift4 Dine to show up on the Customer-facing Display. If you use Loyalty, your Display can prompt customers to Sign In / Sign Up for Loyalty.
If your business uses a Loyalty program, your customers can enter their phone number to sign in, view, and earn more rewards while checking out.
Notes:
- You will need manager permissions on your Workstation to complete this task.
- Loyalty setup must first be completed in the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
Once the Loyalty setup is completed in the Customer Hub:
- Navigate to Manager > Settings > Business > Loyalty.
- Toggle "Enable Loyalty On Customer Display" to ON.
- Tap Save.

Track Loyalty Points on Display
The Display (PAX A3700) allows the customer to track loyalty points when processing the payments in Shift4 Dine. The customer enters their phone number and selects the white checkmark button to see the Loyalty points that were granted to them.
Loyalty points granted to the customer will appear on the Display, as shown in the screenshot below.
Applying Loyalty Rewards on the Display
The Display (PAX A3700) can not apply loyalty discounts. The only way to apply a loyalty discount is by using the Workstation, Tablet (PAX M8), or Shift4 Duo (A800 or A930) devices. For more information, please refer to the Redeem a Loyalty Reward or Add a Discount to a Ticket articles.
