Description: Learn how to configure the date & time, and timezone for a SkyTab POS Workstation installation.
SkyTab POS Workstation (L1400)/SkyTab Glass:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen twice.
- Touch the gear icon in the top right.
- Select System.
- Select Date & Time.
- Toggle on Use network-provided time.
- Toggle on Use network-provided time zone. (if available) Confirm the greyed out timezone is correct. If it is not correct, ONLY the timezone should be taken off of the network-provided option. Set the timezone manually. Leave the network-provided option OFF.
- Toggle on Use locale default. (if available)
Note: If the time still shows incorrect, advise the merchant to unblock port 123: Network Time Protocol.
Attach an image of the Firmware version on the Install Checks Form, if you have access to it.
