Description: Dynamics 365 (D365) comes with a set of out-of-the-box features that you can enable/disable based on the experience you want to get from their environment. New features are also made available by Microsoft when service updates of D365 are released.
- Navigate to System Administration > Workspace > Feature Management.
- If you are looking for a specific feature to enable/disable, you may search for it by its name.
- Otherwise, if you have a general search, you can place keywords in between asterisks (i.e., *wallet*) to search for all of the features with the word “wallet” in its name.
- Once you have located the feature you would like to use, on the right side of the screen you will see a thorough definition of what this feature does.
- Upon identifying the feature you would like to Enable/Disable, select the desired option to apply these changes.
