Description: Learn how to run a Menu Item Sales Analysis report on SkyTab Business Intelligence (STBI).
To access this report select Loss Prevention, then Menu Item Sales Analysis. The report is designed to allow you to choose a menu item and look at the sales by Store, Daypart, or Employee. If you want to run a contest on a particular item, this is a great report to use.
When you select "Lookup Items," you will get a dropdown list of all the menu items in the database. You will notice at the top you can search or you can scroll.
STBI: You could use this report to view which employee has sold the most water. Once you know which employee, then you might want to run a tip report for that employee to see if they are ringing water and giving the customer a beverage in hopes of getting a bigger tip.
Below is a report on water for an Enterprise sorted by the Qty column to identify which employee sold the most water. You could also do this for a new appetizer to identify which employee has sold the most.
