Description: Learn how to run a House Accounts Charges report on Business Intelligence (BI).
To access this report, log in to Business Intelligence and navigate to Sales/Guests > House Accounts > House Account Charges.
If you are using the Customer module within SkyTab POS, you can run reports on all accounts in your database. You can also view ticket-level details for each House Account charge. If you are set up as an Enterprise account, Support will need to assist with mapping the accounts.
Using the "Group By" dropdown, you can organize the report by Store, Account, or Employee.
