House Account Charges Report Guide
To access this report, log in to Business Intelligence and select Sales/Guests > House Accounts > House Account Charges.
Purpose of the Report
If you are using the Customer module within SkyTab POS, this report allows you to:
- View charges for all House Accounts in your database
- Review ticket-level details for each House Account transaction
- Monitor account activity across stores and employees
If you are set up as an Enterprise account, Support will need to assist with mapping the accounts before the report can be used properly.
Using the “Group By” Feature
The Group By dropdown allows you to organize the report by:
- Store: View account activity by location
- Account: Review charges by individual House Account
- Employee: Monitor which employees are processing House Account transactions
This report is useful for tracking account usage, reviewing detailed charges, and ensuring proper account mapping across your organization.
