To access this report, log in to Business Intelligence and select Sales/Guests > Product Mix Percentage.
Purpose of the Report
The Product Mix Percentage Report allows you to view sales as a percentage of total sales for the selected date range.
This report helps you:
- Identify top-performing menu items
- Understand product contribution to overall sales
- Analyze shifts in product mix over time
Filtering by Specific Items
If you want to isolate a particular item or group of items:
- Select Filter by Items.
- Choose the item(s) you would like to review.
This allows you to focus on specific products and evaluate their percentage contribution to total sales.
When used consistently, this report helps identify trends, promotional impact, and opportunities to adjust pricing or menu strategy.
