Non Sale Items Report Guide
To access this report, log in to Business Intelligence and select Sales/Guests > Non Sale Items.
Purpose of the Report
The Non Sale Items Report allows you to track items that are not directly tied to product sales.
Examples of non-sale items include:
- Gift card sales
- Service charges
- Delivery fees
This report helps you monitor additional revenue streams and ensure proper reporting of non-product transactions.
Using the “Group By” Feature
The Group By dropdown allows you to organize non-sale item data by:
- Store
- Day Part
- Hour
- 15-Minute Interval
- Revenue Class
- Department
This flexibility allows you to analyze when and where non-sale items are being generated.
