Modifiers Mix Report Guide

The Modifiers Mix Report is a powerful and flexible tool that allows you to:

• View all modifiers used during a selected date range
• Analyze which menu items are using specific modifiers
• Drill down into modifier usage details

To access the Modifiers Mix Report, log in to Business Intelligence and select Sales/Guests > Modifiers Mix.

Example Setup

For this example, Atlanta was selected under Locations/Groups.

Viewing Modifiers Used

To view modifiers used last week:

1. Change the Date Range to Last Week.
2. Select Group By.
3. Select Modifier.
   

The report will display a list of all modifiers used during the selected date range.

In the example shown, 57 different modifiers were used.  

Drilling Down to Modifier-Item

You can gain additional detail by using the Drill To feature.

For example:

1. Select a modifier (e.g., Home Fries).
2. Select Drill To Modifier-Item.
   

This allows you to see all menu items that used Home Fries as a modifier.

In the example:

All American Breakfast used 12 Home Fries modifiers.

Viewing Modifiers by Menu Item

To analyze modifiers by menu item:

1. Select Group By.
2. Choose Modifier-Item.
   

This view shows which menu items used specific modifiers.

In the example shown:

Three menu items used Texas Toast as a modifier.
