Style related editing is generally applicable to the entire page and not constrained to a specific section.
Theme
A website theme refers to the overall design and style of a website. It includes elements such as color schemes, fonts, layouts, and other visual aspects that give the website its unique look and feel. A theme is essentially a template that determines how the content of the website is presented to visitors.
SkyTab Website Builder offers three customizable themes, allowing you to modify certain aspects to suit your preference or brand identity. Selecting the "Change Theme" button brings up the model with a list of the available themes. The currently applied theme is shown as "Theme Selected" in blue, and the rest of the themes are available for selection by selecting "Choose Theme." Use the left and right arrow buttons to scroll through the themes.
The editor immediately applies the chosen theme to the temporary instance of the website in the editor so that you can preview how it looks for the themes that have common sections. The content in the sections will port over to the new theme automatically.
Website Skins
SkyTab Website Builder skins refer to a predefined set of visual elements that can be applied to a website to change its appearance. Each skin includes a combination of color schemes, fonts, and layout styles.
The first skin on the list is the default skin that appears when we switch themes. The default scheme for the theme is applied to the website. You can always choose a different theme if needed.
For the Classic Eatery Theme - the various skins available are as follows:
These skins are available in the editor for you to switch between:
When a skin is chosen, the combination of the colors from the palette is applied to the website, and it will overwrite any custom changes you may have made. Once it is applied, you can make any other changes to the website.
Menu Layout
Choose between two menu types, either Traditional Menu Style or Card Menu Style. This section also has a Hide Section toggle.
Typography
Typography involves the appearance and sizing of elements on the website like font type and style and size for heading and body for the different sections of the website. Use the dropdown in each field to make your selections.
Note: If you change the Skin, the font will change to the Skin you chose, but it will retain the Heading Size and style and Body Size and style you set here.
Button
This controls the appearance of the buttons everywhere on the website, including the top navigation and within the individual sections. Use the dropdown to change the Text Size and Font Style. Choose the Button Style from the selections available.
Note: The color of the button is determined by the Skin that was chosen.
