External Value in Enterprise Terminal Roles for Appetize

Description: Under the External Value tab you can control all the 3rd party payment integration settings for the terminal behavior. These settings apply to Enterprise.

Edit External Value Settings

1. Select the Terminal Roles icon under the Accounts section on the Enterprise Connect Dashboard.
   
2. Search for and select the Terminal Role to edit.
   
3. Select the External Value tab.
   
4. Select the Pencil icon in the upper right to edit all settings.  
5. Select the green checkmark in the upper right corner to save any changes.

External Value Settings Options

Fortress

• Fortress: Enables Fortress integration.
• Button Text: Customize the tender name for the button.
• Max $ Amount: Maximum Fortress amount allowed on a transaction.
• Max # PerTransacton: Set the max number of this payment type per transaction.
• Signature Require: Enables signature requirement if using this tender.
• Signature Amount: If this amount is reached or higher, a signature will be required for this tender.
• Additional Voucher to Print: Set the number of additional vouchers to print after a transaction.
• Allow Cash Out: Allows a cash change option if the card has a remaining balance after the transaction.
• Maximum Cash Out Amount: Determine the max balance that can be returned as cash. 
• Require Manager PIN for Cash Out: Enable to require manager approval for the cash out.
  
  

FreedomPay, Lava Loyalty, Level Up, and Olo

• FreedomPay Gift Card: Enable FreedomPay SVS Gift Cards.
  Note: Requires additional configuration at the gateway level. 
  
• Lava Loyalty: Enable Lava Loyalty.  
• Level Up: Enable Level Up.
• Olo: Enable Olo.
  

Valutec

• Valutec: Enable Valutec.
• Is Valutec Card pin required: Require a pin to use this card tender.
• Button Text: Customize the Tender name for the button.
• Allow Cash Out: Allows a cash change option if the card has a remaining balance after the transaction.
• Maximum Cash Out Amount: Determine the max balance that can be returned as cash. 
• Require Manager: Enable to require manager approval for the cash out.
  

Givex

• Givex: Enables Givex integration.
• Flag Payment Integration: Identify if programmed with AX or Connect.
  • Connect is only used with AX Versions below 13.0.0.
• Button Text: Customize the tender name for the button.
• Maximum $ Amount: Maximum Givex amount allowed on the transaction.  
• Max # Per Transaction: Set the max number of this payment type per transaction
• Signature Required: Require a signature if using this tender.
• Additional Voucher to Print: Set the number of additional vouchers to print after a transaction.
• Allow Cash Out: Allows a cash change option if the card has a remaining balance after the transaction.
• Maximum Cash Out Amount: Determine the max balance that can be returned as cash. 
• Require Manager PIN: Enable to require manager approval for the cash out. 
• Offline Enabled: Allows the Givex tender to be taken offline if enabled.
  • Disable to prevent transactions from completing if offline.
• Member Benefits: Enable Givex member benefits.
  

Punchh

• Punchh: Enables the Punchh integration.
• Punchh Loyalty Button Text: Customize the tender name for the button for loyalty.
• Punchh Promo Button Text: Customize the tender name for the button for promotional discounts.
• Max # Per Transaction: Set the max number of this payment type per transaction.
• Maximum $ Amount: Maximum Punchh amount allowed to be used on the transaction.
• Signature Required: Require a signature if using this tender.
  

Skyflow

• Skyflow: Enables the Skyflow Liquor Control System integration.
• Location ID: Set the location ID received from Skyflow for integration.
  

SkiData

• SkiData: Enables Skidata integration.
• Button Text: Customize the tender name for the button.
• Maximum $ Amount: Maximum SkiData amount allowed on transaction.  
• Max # Per Transaction: Set the max number of this payment type per transaction
• Signature Required: Require a signature if using this tender.
• Additional Voucher to Print: Set the amount of additional vouchers to print after a transaction.
• Allow Cash Out: Allows a cash change option if the card has a remaining balance after the transaction.
• Maximum Cash Out Amount: Determine the max balance that can be returned as cash. 
• Require Manager PIN for Cash Out: Enable to require manager approval for the cash out.
  

Stadis

• Stadis: Enables Stadis integration.
• Button Text: Customize the tender name for the button.
• Maximum $ Amount: Maximum Stadis amount allowed on the transaction.  
• Max # Per Transaction: Set the max number of this payment type per transaction
• Signature Required: Require a signature if using this tender.
• Additional Voucher to Print: Set the number of additional vouchers to print after a transaction.
