Access Raw Data

For simplicity, we will focus on a single article for this walk-through. However, these steps can be utilized for any Advanced Analytics report.

1. First, navigate to the Advanced Analytics > Tender Type (Beta) report within Connect.
2. It's recommended to pull this month over month (or in smaller subsets) as not to bog down the export process.
3. For this example, we'll pull for January:​​
   
4. From here, you can scroll down to the By Vendor Group section:

5. If you select a Vendor Group (for this one, we'll look at Concessions), you will see a popup with a few options. If you notice the little lines on the right, this is the option to view the raw data:

6. After the data loads and you select Full Data, you have the option to Show All Columns as well as download the CSV file:
   ​​
   
   Note: It may take several minutes to export the data. After the download is complete, you can view and manipulate the data as you wish.
