Description: Refer to the Elavon Hardware Guide below.
Elavon Lane 3000 w/ Combox
The Elavon Lane 3000 has a network connection independent from the POS and uses a ComBox to facilitate communication. An umbilical cable is used to connect the ComBox to the Lane 3000 and the ComBox functions as a passthrough for the terminal’s Ethernet connection. It is important that cables are connected appropriately, as the ComBox functions as a hub through which all connections are run.
Because the Lane has its own network connection, a static IP will need to be configured on both the Lane 3000 & POS if DHCP is not active on the network.
