1. Choose Register Here to create a new account.
2. Choose USA/Canada as the local Elo region.
3. Enter the serial number of the device and select Lookup.
   
4. Create RMA for the product.
5. Under General Information, fill out all required information.
6. Review the Verification page and Confirm. 
   
7. Review the Terms and Conditions page and select Agree and Checkout.
8. Finalize the process.
