Open and Event Day Pricing in Suites for Appetize

Description: Learn how to update Open and Event Day pricing in the Preorder Portal for Suites.

Event Day pricing must be set up as InSuite pricing on the Suites Menu.

Update Prices in the Preorder Portal

1. As a Suite Admin, log into the Preorder Portal and choose a Suite Account, an Event, and a course.  
2. Add any item to the cart.
3. Select the price of the item inside the cart.
4. A modal will pop up with the various price options.
   
   
5. Choose Event Day or Open Price and select Update.
6. The item in the cart will reflect the updated price with the label of Day or Open designating the price type.
7. The PreOrder in Connect will show the items updated with the new pricing.
