Enable Transfer and Return Stock in Appetize

Transfer Stock is a feature that gives users the ability to have all Count Outs from their stand sheets move back to the Live Inventory counts. A Transfer will be created to track the items that are moved between the locations. 

To Enable Transfer Stock:

1. Navigate to Vendors. 
2. Select the desired vendor.
3. Under Vendor Settings, scroll down and change the toggle to Yes for 'Enable Transfer Stock.'
4. Select the appropriate vendor or warehouse under 'Select Default Location To Return Stock' dropdown.
5. If left unset, you will be prompted to select the location from the Standsheet. 
   

To Use Return Stock:

1. Navigate to Events > Manage Events.
2. Select View Standsheets.
3. Select the desired vendor.
4.  Select the Close and Transfer button at the top.
   
5. The user will have the ability to choose between Chargeable Items, Non-Chargeable Items, and All Items from the dropdown.
   
6. Once the items to transfer are selected, a location window will open to select Warehouse or Vendor and choose the specific location.
   
7. After choosing a location, select Close and Transfer Stock. A confirmation message will display.
   
8. Select OK to finalize the transfer and close the stand. 
9. The completed transfer can be viewed under Inventory > Transfers.
