Payments Insider: Searching Transactions in Appetize

Description: Use the Transaction Search option to search for by Authorization Date, Settlement Date, and Payment Date Transactions.

Do the following to access the Transaction Search option:

1. From the Dashboard Navigation, select Transaction Search. The Transaction Search page displays.

Searching by Authorization Date

1. Click one of the following search options: Yesterday, This Week, This Month, This Year. You can also select a specific date range.
2. Enter additional optional information. This includes Card Number, Minimum Amount, Maximum Amount, and Authorization Code.
3. Click SEARCH. The Authorization Summary Report displays. Refer to the Authorization Summary for additional options.

Searching by Settlement Date

1. Click one of the following search options: Yesterday, This Week, This Month, This Year. You can also select a specific date range.
2. Enter additional optional information. This includes Card Number, Minimum Amount, Maximum Amount, and Authorization Code.
3. Click SEARCH. The Sales Summary Report displays. Refer to the Sales Summary for additional options.

Searching by Payment Date

1. Click one of the following search options: Yesterday, This Week, This Month, This Year. You can also select a specific date range.
2. Enter additional optional information. This includes Card Number, Minimum Amount, Maximum Amount, and Authorization Code.
3. Click SEARCH. The Payment Summary Report displays. Refer to Payment Summary for additional options.
