Options and Settings in True Up Beta for Appetize

Count Options

Once the True Up event has been created, the counts can be entered. There are three Default Value options for entering the counts:

• Current: This will pull the current on-hand values for the items at each location.
• Required: Each item will require an inputted value before completing the True Up.
• Zero: All on-hand counts will be reset to zero for the locations included in the True Up event.

Note: Negative quantities will not be saved if using the Current option. Any negative values will change to 0 upon completion of the True Up.

Location Menu

The menu can be accessed at any time by selecting the ellipses icon for additional options for the selected location.

• Re-arrange List: See below.
• Add a count Group: Add a count group to the selected vendor or warehouse.
• Export Blind (Portrait): Export the True Up PDF in portrait mode.
• Export Blind (Landscape): Export the True Up PDF in landscape mode.
• Remove this Location: Remove the selected vendor or warehouse from the True Up event.
• Reset Counts: Reset the entered counts for the selected vendor or warehouse.
  

Count Group Menu

The menu can be accessed at any time by selecting the ellipses icon for additional options for the selected count group.

• Edit: Update the name and items assigned to the Count Group.
• Export Blind (Portrait): Export the True Up PDF in portrait mode.
• Export Blind (Landscape): Export the True Up PDF in landscape mode.
• Remove this Count Group: Delete the count group from the location.
  

Re-arrange List

The order of the items can be changed from the default Alphabetical view. There are several options to choose from. Once the order has been changed, it will reflect in Connect and on the exported True Up documents.

To edit, select the location, select the ellipses icon in the upper right, and choose Re-arrange List.

• Sort A -> Z: Alphabetical order.
• Sort Z -> A: Reverse alphabetical order.
• Order: Enter a numerical value in the text field to change the order of the items.
• Drag and Drop: Move items to the desired orders.

Select Apply to save the changes.

Export Options

The True Up documents can be exported by all, location, or per count group. 

Export All

Select the Export button in the top right corner of the page to Export All Blind (Portrait) or Export All Blind (Landscape).

Export by Location

Select a location and select the ellipses button in the top right of the True Up section. Choose Export Blind (Portrait) or Export Blind (Landscape).

Export by Count Group

Select a custom Count Group and select the ellipses button in the top right of the True Up section. Choose Export Blind (Portrait) or Export Blind (Landscape).

Take Snapshot

Select the Take Snapshot option at any time to make a record or snapshot of the current state of the True Up.
