Enterprise Item Vendor Assignments Export/Import for Appetize

Description: Item vendor assignments could only be exported and bulk updated on the venue level. This update allows a Corporate user to download all the vendor assignments, separated by venues on each sheet, and then update the status of the item (assigned or unassigned) within the vendor.

Terms

• Export Assignments: Name of the reports on the items page.
• Import Assignments: Name of the reports on the items page.

Instructions

In order to see the assignments you need to have Items assigned to Vendors within a Venue, also, the report is only for Enterprise Corporate Dashboard-enabled environments.

Connect Setup

1. Enabled Enterprise Corp Dashboard
2. Create Vendors within a Venue
3. Create items
4. Assign items to the vendor
5. Go to the corp view and go to Items → Select on the Menu Button
6. Export Assignments
7. Receive an Email of the report
8. Change the status of items from 0 to 1.
9. Go to the corp view and go to Items → Select on the Menu Button
10. Import template.
