Kiosk Theme Content in Interact X for Appetize

Description: Content is the space where images and videos are uploaded to be applied to a Kiosk Theme. This feature is used so that all content used by Interact can be hosted by Appetize, removing the need for a third-party host.

Creating Enterprise Level Content

To access Content, navigate to the UI Customization section of the Enterprise Connect Dashboard.

Enterprise Level Content Options

1. After Selecting Content, select the blue Create button.
2. Fill out the appropriate fields: 
   • Image or Video: upload an image or video by selecting the large box.
     • The maximum file size is 25 MB.
     • File types should include either jpeg, png, mp4, gif, tif, tiff, ico, svg, or little.
   • Name: enter the name of the image or video as an identifier for when this content needs to be assigned.
   • Alternate Text: this is the text that will read aloud when a user uses ADA with headphones.
3. Once all fields are filled out, select the green checkmark to save the content.
4. This content can now be applied to any images or media required within the Kiosk Theme Modal.
