There are two types of ChefTab bump bar key layouts. The original ChefTab Pro Bump Bar and the newer ChefTab X Bump Bar. The ChefTab X Bump Bar is now the official bump bar shipped with all ChefTab products.

Functionally, both bump bars will perform the same tasks, and the new ChefTab®X bump bar is 100% backward compatible with the original bump bar.

Key Functionality

Numeric keys 0-9	Bump tickets by number as well as all other numeric entries.
Arrow keys (up, down, left, right)	Used to navigate lists and tickets.
. (decimal point)	Used to navigate lists and tickets.
Home	Return to Active Ticket screen, first ticket.
Trash	Enter Trash Bin to see previously bumped tickets.
Undo	Un-Bump recently bumped tickets in sequence.
Sum	Show summary of items from ALL tickets.
Help	Open Help Menu to access additional User functions.
Mgr Menu (Menu)	Open Menu of Mgr Only functions (requires passcode).
OK	Used to exit pop-ups OR as an ENTER key,
Bump	Bump currently selected / highlighted ticket.
Item Bump	Open selected ticket to bump or un-bump individual items.
Esc	Used to exit menu’s or screens.
Bksp, End, Del	Used to navigate within a Text entry field.
	Spy Mode - View the screen of other ChefTab stations.
Next	Move to next field.
