Notification Center Operational Status Feature for SkyTab POS

Description: SkyTab POS features a notification icon indicating operational status: Green signifies all systems are operational, Yellow indicates minor disruptions with reduced functionality, and Red denotes major disruptions with restricted functionality.

Overview

From version 1.96+ SkyTab includes a Notification Center that reports on the Operational Status of various system critical connections, including:

• Local Network
• Internet Connection
• Cloud Connection
• Payments

A quick reference icon is shown on all screens except the Login, Take Payments, and Employee Dashboard screens in SkyTab POS and will display one of 3 icons:

	All Systems online
	One or more disruptions
	One or more connections offline
	Payments Offline - May be shown when in either RED or YELLOW status - If YELLOW, this indicates only Payments are offline

Tapping on any of these icons will open the full Notification Center and show various descriptions for each connection based on current status.

Note: To 'Enable Offline Payments' manually from the Notification Center, slide the toggle to enable Offline Processing.
